Shipping policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Irvine, California. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within USA)

  • AVA Active offers free domestic shipping on orders over $50. Once your cart contains items totaling $50 or more, free shipping will be automatically applied to your order. Free shipping: 1-5 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Transit time: 1-7 business days.*

 

PLEASE OBSERVE: Additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees can occur. The buyer is responsible for paying them. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. AVA Active isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.

 *We use UPS & USPS for our international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

 

 

How does international shipping work?

**We use UPS & USPS for our international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. 

 

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that UPS/USPS are capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if UPS/USPS are unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

 

DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Yes. AVA Active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $400.
